Build your own 18" Tenon Saw with a kit from Bad Axe Tool Works! This saw was once part of our custom lineup, and we're bringing it back in kit form.
Choose between an unset and unsharpened plate for those who want to handle the setting and sharpening themselves, or a set and sharpened plate that's ready for the next steps of your build.
Each kit includes:
- 1 set of assembly instructions
- 1 × uncoated 18" cold-rolled steel back
- 1 × unfinished handle in your choice of Cherry, Walnut, Maple, or White Oak
- 1 × set of fasteners in your choice of Brass, Nickel, Black, or Niter-Blue
- 1 × 18" toothed sawplate, 11 PPI, with 4 5/8" of depth under the back
- 1 × Friedr. Dick saw file and handle (optional)
- 2 × strips of cork rubber
